If you're struggling to pay your energy bills or living in a cold damp home, we can help. If you live in Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Dorset or South Gloucestershire we're able to provide advice through our freephone advice line. We can help with things like:

  • Dealing with debt to energy suppliers.

  • Finding the best deal for your gas and electric.

  • Making changes to your home to make it warmer or cheaper to heat.

  • Claiming benefits or other financial support. 

  • Getting rid of damp and mould.
